Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program commonly known as EAP are wide range of programs tailored for organisations to provide the necessary care and resources to their employees. EAP is not only important but a necessary investment that organisations must undertake to yield long-term returns. Many studies have shown that EAP programs are cost-effective strategies that can significantly improve employee’s physical and psychological health, improve productivity and morale, and grow and retain talents. Consequently, as employees grow, so does organisations. On the other hand, when an employee’s personal and professional difficulties are not effectively addressed, it will negatively impact their quality of work and the workplace harmony.
