Tan Sing Wuing (M. Clin Psych)
Ms.Wuing is a clinical psychologist, a registered member of Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP) and psychologist under Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). She owns a Bachelor’s Degree of Social Science in Psychology with Honors and her Master in Clinical Psychology from the National University of Malaysia.
In the past five years, Wuing has worked with a diverse group of people in both Malaysia and Singapore on living life with better values and clarity. In particular, Wuing worked closely with patients living with various physical or chronic illnesses, sleep issues, mental health challenges and relational issues. She was also actively involved in public mental health awareness events, while participating in conference presentations and innovative programs.
She uses an integrative approach, mainly from the 3rd wave CBT framework, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapy framework, Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Emotion-focused Therapy skills and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Wuing is also highly interested integrating the wisdom between Western and Eastern values to build a robust and holistic framework that drives further impactful and continuous upward growth that bring the better psychological resiliency within the clients to live a life that they would want to actualize.
Wuing is interested in helping her clients attain a healthy life with mind-body balance by guiding them to discover and understand their life and emotional struggles. She believes in co-creating transformative and meaningful life journey with her clients through cultivating positive interpersonal relationships.
