Child Therapy

We understand that children also face challenges in their lives. Common issues experienced that would benefit from Child Therapy includes (but not limited to) school refusal, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, bullying, self-harm,
behavioral issues, sleeping difficulties and trauma.

If you child is showing persistent difficulties with mood or behaviour, we strongly recommend for you to speak with our team. As every child is unique, with different factors contributing to their difficulties, emotions and behaviours, our therapist will work with you to determine the best treatment options for your child. We will strive to create a safe space for your child to be understood and have his or her concerns addressed through verbal and/or non-verbal modalities.

Sandplay Therapy

If your child is better suited for non-verbal modalities, we would highly recommend Sandplay therapy as it is a powerful tool to use with children who has difficulties expressing themselves. You can read more about our Sandplay Therapy here.
